1. What Melöff Terminal is

Melöff Terminal is a research tool that gathers and displays economic and market data from public sources and provides analysis functions (charts, statistics, risk measures, backtests and similar tools). It is provided for information and education.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Outputs such as indicators, risk figures, backtests, scenarios or AI-assisted search results are generated by models and data that can be wrong, incomplete or delayed. Past performance and backtested results do not predict future results. Trading involves a significant risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your decisions. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

The Service does not execute orders and does not hold funds. Any paper-trading feature is a simulation and does not reflect the fills, costs or liquidity you would obtain in a real market.

3. Data and third-party sources

Data comes from third-party public sources (central banks, statistics offices, exchanges and data providers). It may be delayed, revised, interrupted or inaccurate, and is provided “as is”. These providers own their data; their own terms apply, and some data may only be used for personal, non-commercial research. You must not use the Service to redistribute or resell third-party data. Charts and the terminal replica shown on this website use simulated data.

4. Access and acceptable use
